ROD & REEL WARRANTY INFORMATION
We know how much it sucks when you end up with a broken rod or reel. Whether it is a manufacturing issue or your rod got slammed in the door - your item most likely has warranty coverage. At TB we do not directly do repairs or do direct warranty claims. These claims, repairs, and warranty polices are at the discretion of the manufacturer. For information on your manufacturers warranty policy and warranty instructions, please look for your brand below.
Please note that all warranty claims are going to need a copy of a dated reciept. At Tackle Bros we keep all reciepts on file when you have an account with us.

DAIWA + EVERGREEN
In Canada, all Daiwa and Evergreen warranty claims are through Daiwa's Canadian Headquarters. Daiwa also has select third-party authorized warranty partners that can be used as well which are listed on their website.
In order to start a warranty claim please fill out one of the applicable forms linked below. Or you can reach out to one of the authorized repair centers listed below on Daiwa's website in the link below. They will give you instructions on next steps. Please note you will need a copy of your reciept.
shimano + G.Loomis
In Canada, all Shimano and G.Loomis warranty claims are processed directly through Shimano's headquarters.
